New projects are developed on the basis of decades of operating experience. The feedback and lessons learned from running operations are the vital element for any successful future project.

Therefore PRONAV maintains its own Project Department which works closely linked to the Operations Department. By this, PRONAV develops new concepts and ideas tailor-made to the needs of our existing and potential customers, directly influenced by day to day shipping practice.

Once basic parameters have been established next steps are taken towards ideas becoming reality. From drafting of specifications and drawings over initiating and controlling of related tender processes up to contract signing, plan approval and new building supervision , all relevant stages of a successful project execution are available in-house.

Typically the entire project chain continues with the smooth and reliable long term operation and management of the newly built vessel.
