PRONAV is one of the top German ship operators for all kind of seaborne liquid and dry cargo transportation. Furthermore a major activity is the commercial operation of car carriers. In addition PRONAV provides project development and crewing services of highest standards for all types of vessels under own management as well as for third party clients.

The privately owned group was founded in Hamburg in 1995, is registered under German law and consists of PRONAV Shipping Services GmbH, PRONAV Ship Management GmbH & Co. KG and PRONAV Schiffahrtsberatung GmbH & Co. KG. Some of their founders are still active as Managing Directors of PRONAV and are assisted by highly qualified and experienced employees. The PRONAV team represents expertise and experience in all maritime fields totalling more than 35 years.
